Ugh, more unwavy news before I officially begin my day.
Regarding the alleged domestic incident with Rihanna a few weeks ago, an LAPD source said that the leaked image of Rihanna’s face might actually be license for Brown to avoid jailtime. The unnamed source said “the most unfortunate aspect of the entire incident is not only the total disrespect for the victim, Rihanna, but the legal ramifications related to jury pool pollution the public revelation of this photo obviously has on the possible upcoming criminal case against alleged attacker, Chris Brown. Brown, even if guilty, could walk free because of the unauthorized release of this photo.”
TMZ reportedly paid $62,500 for the image from an investigation insider.
I’m not in the least bit amused. You saw the pic, he deserves to be punished to the fullest extent of the law. On another note, the recession is crazy. A few years ago, a priceless image like that would have garnered millions of dollars. Or maybe the “insider” is not only unscrupulous, he’s also stupid, in which case, he should be punished too.

Hey!!! i’m from Pleasantville, NJ… it’s not the most pleasant place lol if she was from my neighborhood CB would never step foot in south jersey again!Ughhh
On another note… shit is ridiculous. Fuck the Jury trial they need a bench trial for him so that the judge makes the final ruling!! smh… Poor girl has gone thru enough then her pic is seen worldwide with in days. Look at the emotional hurt in her face in the picture, then imagine how she felt when she found out it had been leaked by authorities.

I don’t get why the release of the photo could cause CB to walk??? The photo th epolice has is still evidence and any jury who looks at that photo cannot possibly think it isn’t worth jail time.

Likkle Miss, let us take a moment to DWL @ Azure! I think someone needs to watch a couple Law & Order episodes or sumn to get caught up on legal terminology/factors/issues et cetera. CLEARLY there is a SERIOUS conflict if potential jurors are quite probably ALREADY exposed to ‘evidence’!

Honestly.. I hope the dude gets off. Im tired of all these females talking about pain and suffering. He was wrong for what he did despite of what she did get me wrong. But if it was a dude that got fucked up by Chris Brown u’d be calling him the man. Everyone makes a mistake!! He is human, I think people tend to forget that. ANOTHER THING we dont even know all of the facts. No one knows what happened in that car besides him and her and they arent the ones writing any of this shit. If my dad was to hit my mom i would be furious to no end, but although i would be mad I wouldnt label him and wish the worst on him in life especially because i know how much hes done and how much he cares for her. BUT TRUST ME I WOULD BE MAD. I dont hit girls but come on!! You think thats abuse.. Just go to any hood and u’ll see all types of domestic abuse I feel for the women out there stuggling to get help and cant get it. Stop all this celeb shit. If her name was sasha and his name was al NO ONE WOULD FUCKING CARE.

O yea i forgot. No disrespect Azure but to answer your question “I don’t get why the release of the photo could cause CB to walk??? ” The only reason it would allow him to walk is because when evidence is seen before a trail people “the jury” tend to make up what had happen before knowing the story which may make them bias or have sympathy for one side which may compromise the integrity.
