Is it terrible that the video above is one of my favorite Kanye West moments ever captured on camera?
Unfortunately, that classic bit of Ye history is coming back to bite him in the ass (like a bitter ex). The hip hop icon and his manager Don Crowley have just been charged with three misdemeanors: vandalism, grand theft and battery connected with the above incident involving a cameraman from celebdom’s biggest nemesis, TMZ. West is facing two and a half years in prison if convicted.
If he can keep the outbursts and rants to a minimum, I think Ye will be just fine. Let’s hope so “swagger on a hundred thousand trillion” sounds a little dangerous in the big house if you catch my drift. As for TMZ…ugh! You’re like an annoying little brother who has no friends. Leave the man alone.

2.5 years in jail??? Whether that happens or not, I think its ridiculous that you can get that much time for breaking a damn camera. I guess if I had a stalker and I continue to be NOT famous and I break his damn camera…apparently I could go to jail…wtf?
