This is turning into a bigger circus than Neverland!

According to Zaporozhye Region’s Reporter newspaper in Ukraine, one of the factions in the legislature has already discussed the proposal, and it could be put to a vote soon. The lawmaker has proposed renaming theOktyabrskoye village, which I’m assuming means Michael Jackson. 

Can we bury the man before we go dividing his estate and naming statues and villages after him? Good grief, this is madness!

According to Sky News, Gary Taylor from London, who owns Jackson’s online fan club has said that he was aware of at least 12 suicides following the performer’s death. “It is a serious situation that these people are going through but Michael Jackson would never want this, he would want them to live.”

Thank God there’s video of this because I really don’t know what there is to say about someone getting signed, especially someone who’s been all over the map anyway. Is this some history making deal? I never saw what all the Young and the Restless drama was about, just bring on the album, sheesh!

Well, the block is hot for Joe Jackson, if he continues on his Diddy steez of shamelessly plugging his record deal he might have to go into hiding - people are not having it. I’m holding back my judgement because I don’t know Joe, Katherine or any of the other members of the Jackson family. I do not want to judge what someone does during what should be a very difficult time in their lives as the end all to their character. I will say this though, there is something very unsettling about the way the media pokes and prods into people’s lives after they pass, particularly when they haven’t even been buried yet. We are ready to crucify the doctor without a second autopsy, dissecting his perceived debt and criticizing the children’s mother for not being involved. These things happen, we don’t know why, nor do we understand, but they do and all the investigation in the world cannot bring that person back. Rejoice in life.

TV Guide has joined the rest of entertainment magazines in the mad dash to get special Michael Jackson issues published, they are publishing a new issue dedicated to Michael Jackson and Farah Fawcett both of whom tragically passed away last Thursday.

According to PopCrunch: The new issue, which arrives on newsstands this Thursday, July 2, will feature exclusive interviews with famous friends of both entertainers, a chat with Farrah’s former Charlie’s Angels co-stars Jaclyn Smith and Cheryl Ladd, and a special look into the making of Thriller.
